Book The Headland Experience to make the most of the panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, with ceremony and reception in one location. Alternatively, if you’re after the ultimate North Head Experience, choose your own Q setup from a range of locations on the property, ensuring you make the most of several vantage points. Depending on the size of your wedding some venues are better suited for either a more intimate experience or a larger celebration.
Your day will be planned to perfection, with dedicated wedding coordinators to guide you through every step of the process.

“Getting married at the Q Station was such a good fit for us. We were searching for a place with water views, bushland, photo opportunities, accommodation for travelling guests, wet weather options, wedding package options and all this not too far from Sydney. The Q Station met all these needs and more! Jenna, our co-coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond all we needed. Every other staff member we dealt with was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. Roz lead an excellent team that looked after all the food and beverage service too. We stayed the whole weekend and loved every aspect from breakfasts to accommodation.
As a bonus our guests who also stayed there expressed their delight in the historic elements that were evident around the grounds.

Q Station's jaw-dropping views and heritage features are some of the most of the most sought after across wedding venues in Sydney. Our period features and charm are found on every turn, and collectively create magical nooks and moments that will only add to the perfect backdrop of your day. Whether it's the way the morning light hits the stained glass windows of the old ladies sewing room as the bridal party gets ready for the day ahead, or as the groomsmen enjoy a pre-wedding dinner in the industrial old Boilerhouse, that once upon at time used to power the operation of the site. As for the views, we're yet to find an angle at Q that doesn't provide a stunning vista across Sydney Harbour from Manly Cove all the way to Sydney's CBD. |

DELUXE ROOMS AND SUITE
Deluxe rooms and suites have a queen bed configuration and all feature ensuite bathrooms. The deluxe suites offer an additional lounge with sofa bed for twin accommodation. THREE-BEDROOM COTTAGES Three bedroom Cottages feature three separate bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom, separate lounge and living room with kitchenette. Perfect space to get ready for your Wedding! THE TERRACES The Terraces, originally used as doctors and nurses’ quarters, have been recently renovated and provide the ultimate accommodation choice for families or groups due to their more private location away from the main accommodation precinct. Nestled in the hill surrounded by National Park with sweeping views across the top of Boilerhouse Restaurant and headland beyond, these two apartments have different configurations, and sleep six. |

“Our wedding at Q Station turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. We both loved the history, the heritage features and vintage feel of the venue. The wedding team ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day, from the stunning ceremony on the wharf (even with a seal in attendance), to sunset photos in the glasshouse and then the big reception in the ballroom. With a number of interstate guests, it was a great location for everyone to come together and for us to show off the beauty of our Sydney harbour. We both wish we could do it all again! “
