Christmas and New Years Eve Terms & Conditions for Accommodation:

• Room Rates quoted are per room based on two people sharing a queen sized bed
• All bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking
• Full payment is due on Tuesday 20th November 2008
• Cancellations after the 20th November 2008 will result in a 50% charge of the total booking
• Cancellations after the 30th November 2008 will result in a 75% charge of the total booking
• Refunds are not available after 7th December 2008
• Single supplements may apply
• Supplements will apply to room upgrades
• Pre-booking is required and cannot be made in conjunction with any other offer
• Offer applies to new bookings only
• Christmas breaks valid from 24/12/08 to 28/12/08
• New Years break valid from 30/12/07 to 01/01/08
• Third person rate if the children (over five years old) are sharing a room with parents then there is a supplement for a family room of $75 per person including breakfast
• Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
• All bookings are subject to availability and an allocation of rooms. When this allocation is reached, the hotel cannot accept any more bookings at this rate, even though the hotel may not be fully booked.

• All bookings require a50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking
• Full payment is due two weeks before function date
• Cancellations two weeks before will result in 50% charge of the total booking
• Cancellations within 10 days will result in a 75% charge of the total booking
• Refunds are not available one week before the function booked
• A security hire fee of $300 applies to all functions catering to 50 people or more.
• Room Hire fees may apply and will be agreed upon with the conference  and sales  manager.
• All final numbers are due 7 days prior to the function
