–Conference Operations Manager
This position is an opportunity to make you mark in developing one of Sydney’s newest and most unique conference venues into something truly special. You will be responsible for leading this development and ensuring the smooth operation of Conference and Events. 
Successful Applicants will posses:
-Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity, within a conference environment
-Willingness to take a ‘hands on’ management approach
-Passion for delivering superior service
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Ability to lead and train a team
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Exemplary grooming and presentation
-Flexible availability for evening and morning shifts including weekend work
-Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
-Basic Computer knowledge
-Ordering and stock control experience
-Ability to complete accurate forecasted rosters 
-Sound knowledge of audiovisual equipment
-Five Star Hotel experience would be very beneficial
