Q: I want to book my wedding at Q Station, how do I do this?

A: To start the process, please complete the tentative form and send to the Q Wedding Coordinator. This form will allow the Q Wedding Coordinator to hold your preferred wedding date for up to 7 days. During this time you will receive a wedding contract which is to be completed within 7 days and returned with a 20% initial deposit within another 7 days if you wish to confirm your wedding at Q Station. Tentative forms are obtained through the Q Wedding Coordinator via email (contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and given to those couples who come to view Q Station.

Q: What accommodation is included in my Q Wedding Package?

A: In any Q Wedding Package one complimentary night’s accommodation is included for the couple. This is in our uniquely created Bridal Suite which boasts all the modern features as well as an open plan suite feeling. It’s the perfect room for couples to relax and recover in after their wedding.

Q: What are the basic inclusions in a Q Wedding Package?

A: Every Q Wedding Package includes the most essential elements to make your wedding amazing. These elements are:

  • Pre-reception drinks and canapes
  • 2 - 3 course meal
  • Reception beverage package
  • Wedding cake cut and served to guests
  • Tea and coffee served to guests
  • Complimentary menu tasting for couple
  • Lectern and attached microphone
  • A variety of theming options
  • A complimentary night's stay for the couple with a late check-out of 12 noon

Q: Do we have to use Q Preferred suppliers?

A: It is highly recommended. Q Station does have variety of preferred suppliers. All our preferred suppliers have a high industry standard in what they do. They also know the site very well and have experience in how we work.

Q: Can we set up the reception room ourselves?

A: Definitely. If there is something special that you want to place in the room or if you need to add extra items to the décor of the room you definitely can access the ballroom. Access to the Ballroom is from 8 am the day of your wedding.

Q: Will I have to set up my own place cards and Bonbonnieres?

A: No. These can/will be set up by your Q Wedding Coordinator on the day of your wedding. Please be sure to drop these items off to your Q Wedding Coordinator 1-2 days before your wedding with place cards in table and sequence order. 

Q: Will the Wedding Coordinator be available on my wedding day?

A: Definitely. Your Q Wedding Coordinator will be on-site at least 8 hours before your Bridal Entrance at your reception. They’re here to make sure that you have everything you need and that the day goes smoothly so that you don’t have to stress about anything. 

Q: How can my guests get to Q Station?

A: There are multiple ways that your guests can get to Q Station. The most common way is by car. We have ample free parking on-site which guests will be shuttled to and from. Alternatively there are 2 forms of public transport that come to Q Station. These include a State bus from Manly or a Ferry (Eco-Hopper) from the CBD, Watsons Bay, Taronga Zoo or Manly. Please note that both forms of transport only run on their scheduled timings.
