Meeting Rooms

Choose from 13 individually presented, beautifully detailed historic meeting rooms, with variable space and all featuring natural light, opening windows and verandas. In addition, there are superb banqueting options and a choice of dining venues and break-out areas. Some functions rooms also offer sweeping views of Sydney Harbour. Terms & Conditions:

This promotion applies only to all meeting & event bookings that are confirmed and completed from Saturday, 1 April 2017 to Saturday, 30 September 2017 inclusive. A qualifying meeting or event must have a minimum spend of AUD$5,000 inclusive of GST (exclusive of external suppliers cost). Every AUD$5,000 spend will receive one entry into the Main Prize Draw. This promotion does not apply to existing confirmed meeting & events that are confirmed and/or held prior to Saturday, 30 September 2017, and does not apply in conjunction with other meeting & event promotion or offer. This promotion does not apply to accommodation room-only bookings.  

This promotion applies only to all eligible bookings made by a Corporate Meeting Planner over 18 years of age and is either Australian citizen or resident. Travel agents and venue finders are not eligible to participate.

Draw Results
The winner will be drawn on Friday, 6 October 2017 and announced via email to all participants in the draw within three business days.

The prize will need to be redeemed by Wednesday, 31 January 2018 and is not applicable for Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve. Redemption must be made at least 30 days prior to the dinner via the hotel and is subject to availability.
